Orders are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping is available for customers who need faster delivery.
  • Express rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Express shipping does not qualify for free shipping promotions.
  • Express orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days will typically ship the same day.

Free Shipping Threshold

  • Orders totaling $50 or more (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
  • Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional charges.
  • Free shipping cannot be combined with other shipping promotions unless explicitly stated.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International customers should be aware of the following:

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 7-21 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

IMPORTANT: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and will be collected upon delivery.

  • NanoNerds has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Refusal to pay customs fees resulting in package return will result in forfeiture of the order. Refunds will not be issued for refused international packages.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking information.
  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships.
  • You can also view tracking information in your account dashboard (if registered).
  • Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes after an order has shipped are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Reporting Issues

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date.

Lost Packages

  1. Verify tracking: Check the tracking information to confirm delivery status.
  2. Wait period: Allow at least 7 business days past the estimated delivery date before filing a claim for domestic orders, or 21 business days for international orders.
  3. Contact us: Email our customer service with your order number and a description of the issue.
  4. Investigation: We will open an investigation with the carrier, which may take 5-10 business days.
  5. Resolution: At our sole discretion, we may reship your order or issue a refund. This decision is final.

Damaged Packages

  1. Document the damage: Take photos of the damaged packaging and products immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours: Email us with your order number and photos of the damage.
  3. Resolution: We will assess the claim and, at our discretion, send a replacement or issue a refund.

Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for valuable orders.
  • Filing a false claim for a package marked as delivered may result in account termination and legal action.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues or high shipping volume
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

We are not responsible for delays outside our control and do not offer refunds or compensation for late deliveries unless the package is confirmed lost.


Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order enters processing.
  • After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may return the order according to our Refund & Return Policy.
